Buy Of The Century......
Hope everyone had a wonderful week! The weather here yesterday hit 72 & I had every window in the house open! We re back to dreary today but....it will pass. Thought I would post a picture of a gorgeous Victorian french upholstered bench I picked up for a "STEAL!" You wouldn't even believe me if I told you what I paid for it! I placed it at the foot of my french, painted, hand carved bed, complete with lattice & fabulous appliques. It's a marriage made in heaven!!!
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend. The pergola project is nearing completion & I will post pics as soon as it's done! xo

Tutti,
You get the "LUCKY DUCK" award for that score! Wow. Good for you! Isn't it just great when we find those once in a lifetime pieces? You deserve it my friend - Pretty things for pretty people!
P.S. LOVE your new blog pic. You are just gorgeous!
xoxo

Hi Chris,
I have to tell you that I have spent the last 15 minutes looking at your blog and reading it. My hubby also calls me Lucy cuz I'm always up to something and like you, a room might be a different color when he gets home and the furniture is getting rearranged constantly. I also have an Ethel, my BFF and SIL. She tries to keep me grounded, not an easy task. Anyway, just had to tell you this and tell you that we are very much alike.
Hugs,
LeAnn :)
P.S. I also love love love to shop and often find myself in the position to splain myself!!

Hi Chris, so glad that you dropped by...so I could check out your blog. I LOVE it! I think that everyone in this particular "blog society" has a chandelier obsession. I would like to add you to my list so I can check back often to hear of more Italian food feasts....brought back so many memories of my family's Italian feasts.
